Gulberg Greens Islamabad Farm Houses – Detailed Overview

Gulberg Greens is a project of Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Scheme (IBECHS). It is centrally located in three major cities i.e Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Rawat. When you entered in Gulberg Greens Islamabad, there is a scheme of farm houses. Gulberg Greens is located in zone 4 of Islamabad.

The Gulberg Greens comprises of four kanal, five kanal and ten kanal farm houses plots. The map of Gulberg Greens Islamabad Farm Houses is covering the area of 40,000 kanals which is CDA approved. These are divided into six blocks. Executive block, A block, B block, C block, D block and E block are included in it.

Gulberg Greens Islamabad Farm Houses - Executive Block

Executive block is located at the start of the society once you entered in a society. Limited number of farm houses are available in this block. Approximately Sixty-three farm houses plots of 4 kanal and forty-three farm houses plots of 5 kanal are available.

Gulberg Greens Islamabad block C is considered as the heart of this society. Society is planning for alternate entrance that help in linking the society with the Lehtrar road. It is most expensive block because it is completely developed.

The commercial of this block is state of the art commercial in Gulberg Greens known as Business Square. Lake is provided by the society in this block which is covering almost all the block. Golf courses and five-star hotels are in planning for this block. Petrol pumps will be also constructed soon in this block.
